By accessing or using AuraFace (the "Service"), including our mobile application and website at auraface.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

AuraFace provides AI-powered face analysis that scores facial attributes and offers personalized improvement tips. The Service includes:

• AI face scanning and scoring across 6 attributes
• Personalized improvement recommendations
• Progress tracking over time
• Leaderboards and community features
• Daily challenges and achievements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.1 Subscription Plans

AuraFace offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual).

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions purchased through the mobile app are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Web subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Mobile: Cancel through your device's subscription settings
• Web: Cancel through the customer portal at auraface.lol/customer-portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at support@auraface.lol within 7 days of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent
• Use the Service for harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Share scores or analysis results of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, and software, is owned by AuraFace and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

The face analysis provided by AuraFace is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Important disclaimers:

• Scores and ratings are generated by AI and are subjective assessments
• Results should not be used as a basis for medical, cosmetic, or surgical decisions
• The Service does not provide medical advice or diagnosis
• AI analysis may not be 100% accurate for all users
• Improvement tips are general suggestions, not professional recommendations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraFace shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuraFace and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled
• These Terms will survive to the extent necessary

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
